I've updated from 2.3.3 with SL2 to 2.5 coz the 2.3.3 samples didn't work on my new SL4 so I thought it was a problem regarding the software version.
But now SP6 samples are not saved in 2.5, which means every time I close SSL and then use it again, all my samples are gone and I have to re-load them again !! (And they still don't work, no sound)

I managed to make them work when I changed the output source in each of them from Master to 1 2 3 4 A
But guess what? Now this output option is not visible anymore...
So basically my samples still don't work and keep being deleted every time I quit and open again the software. Great.

I'm lost...

Hi jaroulz

could you please try the following:

open Finder
open the Go To menu in the top menu bar
hold the alt key ("option" key)
click on Library
locate and open the "Preferences" folder
scroll down until you see a file called
com.serato.scratchlive.plist

rename that file to something different
this is the file where Scratch Live stores all settings. Renaming it will reset all your settings, including the Sample Player assignments.

Start Scratch Live again.

Does it work now?
