I didi all that iv'd checked the other forums. reinstalled everything firmware, software... I set up my soundcard as default and i stiil get the same message

Hey sandro13,

Can you try updating to the latest drivers for the DDJ-SX? You can get them here - pioneerdj.com

If you're still having problems try connecting with another USB cable in another USB port. Make sure WIFI & Bluetooth are off and any background applications are closed when using Serato DJ.
