Hi,

I've been using my 62 as a sound card in ableton and was wondering if anyone knows how to split the channels so that channel 1 in ableton will play on the left channel on my 62 and channel 2 will play on the right on my 62 if thats even possible?

yes. you can route the outputs in ableton to any channel of the 62.

here are instructions for using effects in ableton.

what you want to do is similar to the link above. the difference is you will route the tracks/auxes to 1/2 and 3/4.

enable 1/2 and 3/4 when setting up the audio configuration. and in the channel/aux you want to go the left channel, select Ext IO 1/2 and for the right channel Ext IO 3/4.

FYI 5/6 is the sp-6 (aux) and 7/8 is the fx return
