Yes it works..... Not officially supported because software development has ended for itch, but I personally used itch on Halloween weekend. They had a ddjs1 and SDJ wouldn't connect (I guess they didn't upgrade the units firmware/drivers).

Sorry by delay!
Well, ITCH run fine in Mavericks 10.9.2. No problems at moment.
So ITCH work very well in OSX 10.9.2.
