There are two ways you could change this.

Click in the bpm column of the track/s you wish to change. Click twice to enter edit mode or if you wish to change multiple tracks group then with shift key or ctrl, then click twice for edit mode. Once the are in edit mode and can be changed you can use the arrow keys up and down to double or half the bpm.

Change the the range near the analyse icon in ITCH to a range which is closer to the range you want so the tracks are not analyzed with the bpm half of what you'd like. You can then reanalyse the group of songs with the bpm's you wish to change.
