Hi all,

I haven't purchased a mic yet but I want to know if the mic was connected to the main output on my hardware? I know that it isn't on the Mixtrack Pro which means that if I have Serato DJ (Full) only the mix itself would get recorded, and not whatever is spoken through the mic. This is important because I want to be able to mix/MC/talk at the same time with it all being recorded.

Can anyone help?

Sorry I wrote that completely wrong!! The mic IS connected to the main output on the hardware of the Mixtrack Pro 2, meaning that Serato DJ won't pick it up.

Basically, I want to know if Serato Dj will pick up what I'm speaking through the mic when I record? Cheers.

Hi Ajay S,

This manual indicates that it bypasses the usb in, so it won't show up in the recording unfortunately.
