How to Start Your Trial

Download and install DJ Pro

Read the Serato DJ Pro Installation Guide if you need help installing it on your computer.

Open DJ Pro to start your trial

If you have not used Serato DJ Pro before, and have DJ hardware that requires a paid upgrade, you are eligible for a free trial.

Once you see the pop-up window appear, you will have access to DJ Pro, free for 14 days.

Use the trial, then subscribe

After your trial ends, you can buy or subscribe to continue using DJ Pro, or keep using it in Practice Mode with limited features.

How long is the free trial?

The Serato DJ Pro free trial is for 14 days. Once you have downloaded the software, the trial starts when you open Serato DJ Pro, and click on the notification to activate.

What is included in the free trial?

During your free trial, you will have full access to Serato DJ Pro, and access to all of our Expansions. This includes Serato DVS, Serato Video, Serato P’nT DJ, Serato Play, additional Serato FX and Serato Flip.

Do I need to enter my credit card details?

No, you do not need a credit card to download to access the Serato DJ Pro free trial.

What happens when my free trial has finished?

After your trial ends, you can continue using Serato DJ Lite for free, buy or subscribe to Serato DJ Pro, or use a very basic version of Serato DJ Pro (called Practice Mode) for free.

What do I need to use Serato DJ Pro?

Serato DJ Pro is a desktop application and works perfectly with just your computer.

You can also connect a range of supported DJ controllers and hardware, which can be viewed on our website.
