Pulselocker Basic Plan support

Bug fixes
- Pulselocker temporary tracks not clearing from cache
- Potential for the Video Delay Compensation setting to reset to zero during a session
- Playhead jumping to undefined position when connecting motorised platters
- Playhead jumping to extreme negative value when enabling or disabling DVS expansion pack
- Sample Player trigger modes not reflected when using Hercules DJ Control Jogvision pads
- Hercules DJ Control Jogvision cue gain now useable within Serato DJ setup screen
Other Changes
- Cue output respects master gain and output calibration
Known Issues
- As well as Core 2 duo machines not being supported by Serato DJ since the 1.8.0 release they are also not supported by Pulselocker.
Serato DJ 1.8.2 brings offical support for OS X El Capitan, however some drivers are not yet available. We recommend reading this El Capitan Support Article before updating.
Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 users read this before installing Serato DJ.
