Getting Started
How to DJ with Apple Music in Serato
1. Download Serato DJ
Download and install the latest version of Serato DJ Lite, DJ Pro or DJ for iOS. Open Serato, navigate to the “Library + Display” tab in the settings menu on your laptop, then click on Apple Music. For iOS, tap on Apple Music in the app.
2. Sign in to Apple Music
You’ll be taken to Apple’s website to authorize your laptop/iOS device. Sign in to your account, or start a free one-month trial of Apple Music. You’ll now have the ability to start DJing with tracks, albums and playlists from Apple Music.
3. Add Playlists
Open the playlists in Apple Music and select “Add.” The next time you open Serato DJ these playlists will be in your DJ Library, ready to mix with.
