Hello, just want to report that the cross fader curve is acting totally different in 1.2 as compared to 1.1.2. Not sure if Pioneer needs to update firmware, or if it's DJ.
If I have the cross fader curve set to anything below 80%, the volume REALLY dips and doesn't fade or behave/sound as it did in 1.1.2. I am having to use it turned all the way to the right and soft fade with the up-faders.
If the curve is set to 12 o'clock, any time the cross fader is not hard left or right, there is a dramatic dip in the audios volume. Basically, it seems to not be working correctly.
Please advise next steps

Problems with crossfader curve on the DDJ-SX & Serato DJ have been going on since day one... doesn't make sense the volume dipping when crossfader is at 50%.. sort it out Serato DJ!

I am having the same problem. I have found if you launch serato dj the plug in the SX then turn it on it works ok.
But this needs to be sorted out Serato Pioneer!

Serato are aware of the bug & are hoping to get it sorted out soon.. In the mean time you'll just have to manually set the Power or Linear mode & play about with the curve to see what suits best. Just remember that you need to reset it everytime how you like it & the selections are inverted on the selection screen in the settings menu under 'mixer'
hope this helps ;)
