When I enter album info "Alésia" its automatically changed to "Alésia" next time I load the track.
Its the "é" character that messes this up, using a regular "e" works well. I have tried to re-encode and there is no xml metadata file for the file in question. The bug is for mp4 files only, I encoded the file in Apple Intermediate, not trouble there.

Confirmed. Unfortunately the new MPEG-4 tagger has some serious bugs that I tried to summarize here:

serato.com

As expected those bugs can be found in both applications (ITCH/ScratchLive) on both platforms (PC/Mac).

Hey WarpNote,

This issue has been logged with the team. There have been a few issues with the new tagging system that we are hoping to iron out in the next release. Thanks for the heads up!

Sam.
