I am not able to install Pitch&Time. I downloaded and installed the iLok license, plugged the iLok then tried to install in my G5 on 10.4.11, (to work with Pro Tools 7.4). The installer does not succeed but stops at the last step and suggest to try again.

Hi midimarc,
Does the installer give you an error message when it fails? Are you logged in as an administrator?

Hey midimarc,
Can I please get you to try the following:
1) Open Finder and go to the Macintosh HD -> Library -> Receipts folder. In here you'll see the Pitch 'n Time Pro 2.5 Installer.pkg file - delete this.
2) Go to the Macintosh HD -> Library -> Application Support -> Digidesign -> Plug-Ins folder. In here you'll see the Pitch 'n Time Pro.dpm file - delete this.
3) Run the Pitch 'n Time Pro installer again.
Does it work now?

Actually you may not see the file mentioned in step 2. If it's not there, got straight to step 3.

Hi Serato,
I looked in the Receipts folder, the file was not there. Same thing in the Digidesign Plug-ins Folder. I tried installing again this morning with the same result. I attached the window capture of the result. The name is "Serato Install-Not.tiff".
Thanks

That's really strange that the installer receipt wasn't there. It may be that the installer is unable to write to this folder? Are you able to repair your permissions by doing the following:
1) Open Finder and go to the Applications -> Utilities folder.
2) In here you'll see the Disk Utility application, run this.
3) Select "Macintosh HD" from the list of available drives and click "Repair Disk Permissions".
4) When this finishes, try running the installer again.
Please let me know how you get on.
