The program doesn't "self" update, you have to download the file and install the update yourself. The file is a zip folder, you need to right click the file and select "Extract". This will "unzip" the folder and the install file will then be there, then double click it to install.

You do need to unzip it and run through the installer. You should see a "setup.exe" Icon and run that. You'll be golden ;)
