right analog output not working

I have a rane ttm 57sl mixer(month old) and the right XLR output is not working... Tried using the 1/4" TRS output, same thing the right output is not working.
Studio monitors, XLR and 1/4" TRS wires are new.

Any advice?

Send it into rane for service it is still covered under there factory warranty.
