Hey all. I here a lot of discussion between witch is better to run ssl on.. Mac or Pc.
at the moment i have a dell... everyone sais it is crap compared to a mac.. my dell does lag and have usb dropouts on occasion.. so i want to get a mac.. should i get the mac book pro or just the mac book.. is the mac book pro worth all that extra money?

if your gona run just scratchLive a macbook is just fine.if you plan on doing videoSL than you want the macbook pro

it's the endless debate. Mac tends to be what most professionals use.

The macbook pro is the choice if you want to venture into the video world. It has more than enough power and that will let you build and grow with videos instead of getting it and then realizing later you need to upgrade your computer.

regular scratchlive runs fine on my dells. video, sorta okay. i just don't have much opportunity to test and tweak much.

tempting to try mac, but i still see that macs have probs of their own as well.

yeahh.. bit latly my dell has been laging and acting extremely slow.. so i think imma go for the mac book pro evan tho it is a HUGE investment.
