I've been waiting for about two weeks now for Serato to fix their purchasing web page so I can buy the key code for the plug-in. I'm the first DJ in the area that will be using this and I have tried everything to contact serato. I even tried calling New Zealand to get them to send me the key. I just want the key, so if anybody out there can give me a direct email and not that general bullshit one that is on the purchasing page, or anyway that I can get the code by the end of the week, please let me know, I don't mean to come off so aggressive, but my patience is wearing really thin with this foolishness.
