Hello mr. exodus,

Does this happen if your playing using INT mode?

Does it happen if you never plug the usb in and play regular records?

Hm.. interesting.

I would think if its a problem with the mixer it would do it when playing regular records too?

Have you tried using your mixer with someone else's gear?

If not, I would try that. If its still causing problems when using a different computer than we'll have you send in the mixer.

Let us know your findings.

it will make the noise if im playing regular records and its pluged into the laptop but when its not pluged into the laptop its fine and its not making the noise do you think it can be my ports on my lap top or else a bad usb chord

It sounds like its something with your computer or the connection between the mixer and computer.

I would test your mixer out using a different computer and usb cable.

If your still experiencing the issue than I would think its going to be the mixer.

Let us know your findings.
