Ive recently been cleaning up and rebuilding some of my crates inside serato. I accidently ctl+ deleted a couple but still have the back up crate file on my drive. How do i then restore the tracks that were inside this crate inside serato??

thanks

Deleted crates are sent to the Trash/Recycle Bin. Go in there, and drag the crate files back into your ~/My Documents/My Music/ScratchLIVE/Subcrates/ folder if the crate was with songs from your internal drive, or if you use an external drive or partitioned drive, then drag the crate files into the _ScratchLIVE_/Subcrates/ folder on the external/partitioned drive.

Some of my crates are now on the external with the music that is on there, but everytime i open serato the crates are disorganised and have mixed up the order. How can i stop this from happening?

thanks

Probably because you have some tracks from the internal drive and external drive mixed in the crate together. You cannot have crates with songs from two drives in one crate, well, you can obviously, but it will cause problems like you mention that crates will not keep their order, or the songs in the crate won't keep their order. Keep all songs on the external drive in their own crates, and songs on the internal drive in their own crates, and don't mix them together in a crate.
