Ok, I'm having some trouble getting to specific tracks. Here's what I did before I got started spinning tune on Serato. I imported all my folders by dragging them to the "build an overview button". This process took a long time, but it's understandable for what the program needs to do.
Were I'm having trouble is when I'm trying to search from a particular folder, for instance my "Disco "folder. When I click on it on the right hand side of the screen, none of the songs from that folder are there, instead there's song from other folders. I went back into the original folder and location on my C drive and everything is the way it should be. Any clue why in Serato it's different?
Also when I'm trying to search by typing in the name of the song, or artist, sometimes it comes up, and other times it doesn't. At this point I would like to start all over. What procedure would you guy recommend I try?
Thank you.
BTW, I have fooled with Serato a bit as best I can, and it works flawless for the most part, I'll be good once I fully understand the browser.

You should drag all the music into scratchlive. You're not doubling your music, just building a file path to it's actual location.
Once it is in Scratchlive, it is very easy to search it, you can organize it into crates that mimmick your folders ect. Give that a shot.

What do you mean undo what you have done? You want to erase the whole SSL library and start from scratch?

Yes your right, I will erase the entire library and start over, thanks again.

Just highlight all your songs and hit CTRL+ Delete. Then highlight your crates and erase them using the same method.

OK I deleted all my folders from Serato and added them again. I was able to open the tracks from the correct folder or crate this time, but I'm still having trouble searching certain tracks that appear on my computer's C drive and able to play them or open them anywhere else except in Serato for some reason.
I placed the file in the local C drive area so I can search it easily in the import window in Serato. I could see it there it says wma next to it.
When I try to add it, nothing happens, like if Serato doen't support that type of file. Like I mentioned before, I am able to play it in my other DVS, or players, but can't do anything with those files in Serato.

ScratchLIVE doesn't support/play Windows Media Audio (.wma) files, that's why you cannot import them.

OK, I could of sworn I ripped them in a Wave format, don't know how they ended up as WMA. Thanks for the clarification.
