the fader for the headphones is not working the right side is fine but when i try to switch to channel one it bleeds baad.. i gotta hold it there and try n mix n even sometimes that doesnt work... had it less than a year sure its still under warranty duno if i should try to take the front off or just send it back.. i really cant be without it for that long!

You should send the mixer to us (Rane) for repair. Once we receive the unit, our turnaround time is typically 2-3 days.

To send the unit in for repair you will need to be issued an RA# (return authorization number). To request an RA, please e-mail me your serial number, full name, shipping address and telephone number.

is there anyway maybe its just dusty or sthin maybe? Its hard for me to send it I dj 5 nights a week...???

You can try cleaning the cue slider using Caig DeoxIT® FaderLube, #F5MS-15 -->> store.caig.com
