I've installed both of these three different times. It keeps making me build an entire library everytime i build new overviews. So basically if I put two more mp4's in my itunes then open serato 1.8.1 and click build overviews... it takes the day building all 6,000 files again.

Jose told me to try renaming my databaseV2 file, which is inside the ScratchLIVE folder (located inside your Music folder). Just rename it to something like "databaseV2_old".

i did that and thought it was problem solved, but NO! Can't be that easy.

I know on the download page here it says:


- Before installing:
* Make sure you are logged in as an Admin user.
* In Finder, go to '/Library/Application Support/ScratchLIVE/Plugins'
* Rename 'Scratch Video Plugin' to 'Scratch Video Plugin 1.0.1'
- Install VIDEO-SL version 1.0.2.

I cant find any of that on my macbook pro.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't you just drag those two new files onto the build overviews button? You know you can do that, right?

I know , but i guess i forgot one detail. Last time when i booted up my computer and loaded serato all BPMS were gone. so i had to do all 6,000 reguardless.

The 1.8.2 version is now available here -->> www.scratchlive.net and helps resolve a lot of databaseV2 and tagging issues.

Give it a go and let us know how you get along.
