Contact the mods via PM or telephone and they will give you a RA# (return authorization) and they'll tell you what to do to successfully get it to them. But you DO NEED the RA#.

yes indeed, you will need to get a Return Auth # from us. Call us at 425.355.6000 and we will troubleshoot for abit and then issue a RA # if we can't resolve the issue.
