Hi, ive downloaded the Serato DJ Intro, but every time i open the software it picks up the controller for a second and then says 'hardware disconnected', i know the controller works fine so it's a software problem, can i get any help on this?

Hey DeeJayTazNSE,

Are you using a USB port Hub? Is it powered if so?

When you use it on another computer the ergo works fine?

When you go to the sound icon on the Windows to look at your audio output devices does the Ergo show up as a audio device?
