SSL crashed last night, music was still playing but couldnt load/play tracks.
Since then everytime I start SSL it rescans all tags, my crates have been reshuffled and import dates for tracks now read as one date.

99% of the time it crashes its due to Corrupt Files. You first need to re-analyze all files and delete all the corrupt ones.
See here for instructions: serato.com
Once you have done that - we can try to recooperate the library organization and date added etc from the _Serato_Backup folder.

Ok looking deeper I also notice that some of my crates are empty and the column setup has changed.
At the moment I am dj'ing every night, will be dj'ing in a couple of hours, so need to sort this out asap.
I will re-analyse all files after my gig tonight (fully appreciate I may experience another crash), but in the mean time would be most grateful if someone could advise on how I can get the library organisation back.

You can try this. Hopefully your _Serato_Backup folder has good info in it.
Do this:
Close Scratch Live
Give the _Serato_ folder this name _Serato_OLD
Now give the _Serato_Backup folder this name _Serato_
Open the Program - does it look like its back intact?
