I recently replaced my macbook pro drive with a larger one. I had been using an external drive to run my music library.
Last night i had an event and was looking for songs that I know I had on my my song collection and should be on my play list. It was not listed.
But went to finder on my macbook and found the song.
Now I followed the steps outlined about moving my library from external to internal, also watched the video for this.
What additional steps can I take to get things back in order.
NOTE: I did not have my music files listed under one folder on the external. I had them listed in separate folders on the drive. I copied them as they were, to the music folder on the internal drive.
I have done the rescan ID3 tags and relocate files. All my tracks that were green are white. But I am still missing songs from the crates and the ALL selection.

Any help would be great, and thank you in advance for your help.

My guess is you had music coming from your old internal drive which did not get copied to your new internal drive.

If that is the case, you'll see the files after putting the old drive back into your computer and opening SSL without your old external plugged in.

If that is the case you'll then need to follow the instructions on how to transfer an internal library to another internal drive --> serato.com
