my right deck ia turning backwards but the left hand side is working correctly. i have changed my cables and usb but it has not rectified my problem. i have also reinstalled my serato driver as well but that has not helped either.

Check your connections. This was happeningto me literally while i was doing a sound check for a job and was freaking out. Unplugged everything and then relized the metal coating on one of the plugs from my turntable was missing and only the wire was exposed. I licated the metal cover, put it on, replygged in the deck and was working fine. Hopefully this helps

You should be checking the calibration screen before anything. Are you getting Green Circles?
