Suddenly after a year the right side has stopped working and sounds slow/scratchy/and staticky you know the sound, I've tried everything and I can't get it to work.
Tried playing a normal record, It's not the rca's from the turntable
Made sure everything's hooked up right.
Sent in pictures of scopes, right side is not showing, sometimes left isn't
Tried using phono and line
Changed needles, not the problem
Updated all drivers
Switched usb cable
I'm lost man leaning it towards the box

Try testing the inputs of your SL1 with a cd player.
When doing so you'll need to change the Audio Input setting within the Hardware tab to 'LINE'.
Play the control cd in the cd player and see if you get good tracking when plugging into both inputs of your SL1.
If you do than the problem would definitely be coming from your turntables.
First I would try switching needles, making sure the wires are connected correctly on the needle/cartridge, and clean the inside of the tone arm(s) with some rubbing alcohol and a Q-Tip.
If that doesn't work than try to jiggling or crimping the rca cables to get a good connection.
Worse case scenario you'll need to get your turntables serviced and have them put new rca cables on the decks, if you used turntables with rca cables that are hard wired to the TT.

I just realized it too. I've been reading all over about it. I actually tried to solder a new set on and man thats no fun. I'm going to get a pro to do it. Im not too into soldering.

I recently got a mac book and I was wondering how do you save your playlists in the crates. I don't know if its done differently from a pc or how it works? I saved it by turning off serato and then starting it back up before and it would be there. But since I got the Mac its not doing this.

nevermind I figured out that I needed to change the ext hard drives setting to a mac setting.
I do have another question tho, When using keys numbers 5-1 for looping effects, how do I determine what deck I am on. Sometimes when I;m playing a track on say the right side, how do I use the effects on just that side. The left side was looping and I couldn't figure out how to choose the side I wanted

The cues and loop triggers are 1-5 for the left deck and 6-0 for the right deck.
