Hi afri,

I would recommend setting the USB buffer to the far right and applying the changes.

Have you analyzed all your files and ensured none of them are showing the corrupt file symbol?

Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer? e.g mouse/keyboard/external drive?
afri 4:52 PM - 26 May, 2012
yes i have a mouse connected!

and antivirus is on,
could this be the casue ?

even when i turn off serato itch

the sound files are still very noisy

Bonjour,je possede les ns6 avec serato itch, quand je fait des soirées de temps en temps la music se coupe nette je ne sais pas pourquoi!!! sa me le fait o moin une fois par soirées...

serato itch takes a setup procedure, and if you don't follow it then reporting problem s is of your own causing. So setup the pc per the instructions, all of the auto updates and virus protection should be off, your pc should be set to performance and not power saver. Applying these setting with the latency set all the way right is a good idea, it just make tuning a little longer cause you want to come to the right with out taxing the cpu/graphics and no usb dropouts...

hope this helps.

Hey afri,

I would disconnect your mouse and any other USB devices you may have and then go through our Windows optimization guide to have your computer settings adjusted for optimum performance with ITCH, as Jah Yute suggests:

@keiny, from translating your message, I'm not quite sure whether you are having an issue or not, but if you are, I would suggest that you start a separate help request so that someone from our Support team can assist you individually :)
