Were you analyzing your files when this occurred ?
Have you analyzed all of your audio and video files in Scratch Live ? If so did you remove any files that were deemed corrupt by Scratch Live ?
Do you use a powered USB hub for your external hard drives ?
If all your files have been analyzed it may be a good idea to create a new database V2 file by following the steps in this link;

Could you please detail your full computer specs including the graphics card that is installed as this will help us troubleshoot the problem more accurately.
