ok i am having the same problem i am wanting to use two external hard drives one for video with 47 crates not counting subcrates and right now 16000 vids and on audeo drive 73 crates not counting subcrates and 59000 mp3's right now it is taking, well it has now been loading 40 min and still not done.. now mack is locked up. any solutions?

Hi djmario,

Were you analyzing your files when this occurred ?

Have you analyzed all of your audio and video files in Scratch Live ? If so did you remove any files that were deemed corrupt by Scratch Live ?

Do you use a powered USB hub for your external hard drives ?

If all your files have been analyzed it may be a good idea to create a new database V2 file by following the steps in this link; serato.com

Could you please detail your full computer specs including the graphics card that is installed as this will help us troubleshoot the problem more accurately.
