I just installed Diablo III on my computer, not sure if its causing a problem which forces Serato to close automatically because of an unknown error - I can open serato but when it tries to read audio id3 tags it displays an error message " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" Have un-installed serato, re-installed it, updated all my driver but it still seems to be coming up with this problem. Not sure if there is a corrupt file that is stopping serato from loading and if there is how i would go about finding it - have deleted all my old crate files and back ups but still no luck.

Are you using an external HD? Have you tried rebuilding the Database file? See here: serato.com
