I'm having issues when playing my videos, The images will freeze or glitch from time to time, or fast forward on the screen, and also do frame by frame movements, I need to fix this asap since I have a big event this wednesday and I don't know what I can do about it since its a Video Show. Please help me.

Sorry to hear your having issues with Serato Video, lets get them sorted.

Can you please provide your full computer specs including the graphics card that is installed as this will help us to troubleshoot the problem more accurately.

Have you installed the recommended codec packs for use with DirectShow on Windows laptops ?

Also, download and install the K-Lite and CCCP codec packs from this link; ninite.com

Make sure that your graphics card is set to high performance in the graphics card settings and the drivers are up to date.

Try these settings;

Scratch Live>Setup>Plugins>Serato Video>Output

Aspect Ratio 16:9
Quality Medium
Buffer 500MB

V-Sync ON
Frame blend OFF

Let me know if these tweaks help, but I really need more information to resolve this for you.
