Hey Youngtee,

The ITCH software, and all the other Serato software, automatically saves all of the information you set while using the software.

What you can do though, is to go into the 'Setup' page -> click on 'Library' -> and tick the 'Protect Library' box. This will lock in all of your crates and your music just incase you accidentally delete a song or crate with any presets. However, if you are wanting to delete a song or crate you will need to go back and and un-tick the 'Protect Library' box before proceeding to delete.

I hope this helps.

Hey Youngtee,

Yes, ITCH will back up your library once a week, it is standard procedure of the software.

Cheers.

Hey Youngtee,

You can also manually back up your ITCH data by making a copy of your _Serato_ folder. This folder can be found under Music in the Finder menu.

Alternatively, it may be a good idea to use Apple Time Machine to back up your whole system in the unlikely case of something happening to your laptop.

I hope this helps.

Hey, just after a bit of help and i know this is an old thread but...

I have just bought and started using the Twitch with the Itch software and it seems to forget crates and other information when i close it down.

I go into library and click the 'protect library' box but every time i open it up there are crates missing and i have to re organise some music. Quite annoying.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? I've tried re installing the software but it didn't help.

Thanks in advance
