It happens only when using ITCH 2.2. After you play several tracks (about 15 - 20 min) the controller freezes, but still works. When you try to do something with the software, it doesn't respond at all even if you try to close it. Some functions don't always work properly (Slicer for instance)
It has nothing to do with my computer, because it is new.

Hi SI1d3FIo,

Have you tried using a previous version (ITCH 2.1 for example) to see if you experience any of these issues?

Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer other than the TWITCH? (mouse, external drive etc)?

Have you analyzed ALL your files and ensured none of them are showing the corrupt file symbol?

I have used 1.8 software for a while and it is fine.
Twitch is the only thing plugged by USB.
No corrupt files. All of them were deleted.

Either the software or the controller freezes sometimes. I had reinstalled it all and had two both kinds of freezes in the long run. But at the moment it goes smooth.

Ok perhaps you could try going through our optimization guide for Windows users to change your settings for optimum performance with ITCH > serato.com

Let me know if you have any improvements after going through this guide.
