I have the ns6 and tried to use the mic on channel 3 and the volume is very very low. I read the previous closed question about this issue, but it doesn't solve the problem for me. I have xlr to 1/4 inch no adapter. Are there any suggestions? I also noticed that that the volume of samples that I have saved are also too low..

Hi there Flavamixx,

How low? When you have the gain turned up on the Mic channel is it still quiet?

And just to confirm, your Mic cable is an XLR female to 1/4 Inch male cable?

With your samples you may have recorded them at a low level. If you are recording them from one of your songs through ITCH, then make sure the recording input knob is set to a reasonably high level.
(the VU meter should be hitting yellow)

Cheers

OK thanks. That solved it. If anyone else in the future has this problem, its the recording input knob inside of itch, not the gains on your mixer that will fix this problem.

Thanks
