just bought the twitch today, come home download itch from cd open itch plug in twitch with usb to mac and nothing happens no lights on controller or anything all it sais on itch is hardware disconnected please help me!!!

Hey Austnthreal,

So you are not getting any power to the TWITCH at this time. Are you plugging your TWITCH directly into your computer?
