My USB is attached, the mixer is plugged in, and all of my songs are Analyzed. I have an 800W 12" speaker wired to my mixer. I have tried plugging it all combinations of Master, Booth/Zone, Channel 1, Channel 2, Channel 3 and Channel 4. I am getting very faint audio when plugged into Booth/Zone or Master outputs but ONLY when Deck 1 is playing a track. I can't hear anything from Deck 2 when i play a song. There is no indication of a track playing on the mixer. The Master lights the run vertically in between the Mixer controller knobs do not fluctuate with the music. None of the knobs, effects, job wheels actually alter the music by any means. The only button on the unit that does anthing is the Play/Pause button stopping and starting the track.

All 4 of my input selectors have to switched over to PC. Hardware is recognized by Serato. I Have downloaded the most up to fate version of Itch and i'm pretty sure my drivers are all in place as well. I am not exactly sure how to see if the drivers i had to download actually went through, but this may be one of the issues.

Any ideas beside checking the drivers? Any guidance would help tremendously as I am super excited to use this thing!

ok what i would try is this, make sure you have the NS6 turned on when you download the drivers, make sure you get the pop up that say it is installing the drivers for the NS6. i had the same problem with my V7's and it was a driver issue. try that and hope this helps.

Hi there Beastm0de,

This is an odd problem, the NS6 should be plug-and-play with a mac!

Can you just run through one more time what your doing to set it up?

Don't worry about connecting the outputs for now (master/booth/zone), just connect your headphones to the front and check if you can hear both decks using the headphones.

If you can't hear anything in your headphones, make sure 'SPLIT CUE' (on the front of the unit) is OFF, make sure the 'BLEND' is set to 'PGM' (this will let you hear everything) and make sure the 'VOLUME' is at a reasonable amount.

If you still are having problems even with the headphones, let me know as it sounds like it could be a hardware related issue :\

Cheers!
