Somehow i must've changed the effect presets in itch, because when i turn the rotary controlling the "time" parameter of the echo in the master effects (none of the others, though, only the echo) it goes like this, from short to long: 1/8, 1/6, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/1, 3/2, 2/1, 4/1, 8/1, and then suddenly it goes 1/32, and 1/16. I reset the .txt back after playing around with it, but this parameter somehow didn't change back. Can you help me with this?

And all of my master effects are out of time, but they've been like that forever, i think. So even though it says Tempo source auto A, it's not in time with A, phasing in and out.

And yea, they're beatgridded correctly, master sync is on and both slicer and loop roll works perfectly. Most obvious on the tremolo, obviously. Can't really use that one.

Hey Halvparten,

Sorry for the lack of response, our Support Team has been very busy.

Just to clarify, the correct sequence for TIME using the MASTER FX (from hard left to hard right) is: 1/8, 1/1/6, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/1, 3/2, 2/1, 4/1, 8/1, 16/1, 32/1.

Are you saying that the last two values are 1/32 and 1/16 instead of 16/1 and 31/1?

For the FADER FX the sequence should be: 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/6, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/1, 3/2, 2/1, 4/1, 8/1.

When you say the presets are incorrect, were you referring to the MASTER FX or the FADER FX?

Yes, sorry for the unclear question.

Problem 1: the TIME sequence on the Echo and Delay effects in MASTER FX are wrong. 1/32, 1/16 instead of 16/1, 32/1. Only Echo and Delay, and only in Master FX.

Problem 2: Master FX are not timed properly, so they phase out of after a couple of seconds. Most prominent on Tremolo.

Thanks for clearing that up :)

With Problem 1, this seems like a bug in the software, rather than an issue specifically with your FX.
This behavior has existed in previous version of ITCH with the master FX of the TWITCH. How it sequence is in the channel FX is how I would expect it to be in the master FX also.

I have logged this bug but I could not guarantee when it will be fixed unfortunately.

Regarding problem 2, had you tried the "type" of the tremolo?

What depth/time did you have set to when using the tremolo? Could you provide precise instructions to the parameters and perhaps even a particular file where you experience this prominently so I could test for myself?

Thanks very much :)
