AMD-Prozessor sind nicht für Serato unterstützt. Leider ist dies wahrscheinlich das Problem. Vielleicht müssen Sie ein anderes Laptop mit Intel-Prozessoren zu verwenden.

i buy a new laptop with intel core, but now i want to know how can i fix, the software show me the lengh of the songs i have anlayst the songs wihthout hardware now i have the bpm for alls songs but the lengh is empty how can i do this, and how i can create an playlist and save it?

Firstly playlists in DJ Intro are called crates, the little orange icon down the bottom of the screen on the left makes new ones. You can then rename it and add music to it.

Secondly, the lengths of files should show up, do you have the length column enabled?

ok this with crates i checked it works, but the lengh of the tracks dont show, i have song, artist lenght and bpm, but the lenght slot is empty only when i play one tracks it shows the track lengh? whats wrong?

no it dont works, i disconnect the player and i want to analyse it, he dont begin to re analyse it!

1) What you have to do is disconnect your Controller.
2) Open DJ Intro.
3) Highlight your files by right clicking select all.
4) Drag them to the Analyze.
5) They should then start to analyzed the files.

Pulse control isn't featured with DJ intro.
Now we don't have samples, have to source them yourself.
