For some reason, when randomly when I'm doing a live set, the song will speed up drastically and then come back to normal speed. Also, the waves at some aren't on point... like when the waves reach the line where it plays that part of the wave, it fixes itself.

What can I do to fix this? It was fine before, and happens randomly. There are times where I have a perfect run with no problems, and there are times where I have this problem.

Sounds to me like your beatgrids aren't set properly. If the beatgrid is set properly on one track but not the other the other track will speed up to catch up to the beatgrid of the other track.

I don't use sync, and I think I turned the beatgrid thing off, cause you don't see the grids while I'm playing. I have to check my settings when I plug in my NS7. It happens even when one song alone is playing.

Hmmmm, kooky. Have you tried re-calibrating?

I can do that on an ns7? lol I thought that was only for touch sensitive platters.

Hey Tr3v,

There is a guide to full calibration in the manual, do you need a link?

A link would be very much appreciated!

But I actually think its because of a quick power surge. For example, I was just using my NS7 and its plugged into a surge protector thats plugged into the same outlet as my Dryer (laundromat), and when the dryer kicked in, thats when the song skipped ahead. It makes sense that this is whats been happening the entire time. Whenever I plugged my fog machine into the same surge protector as my NS7, it would do the same problem, but wayyy more severe, where I'd have to restart Itch. How can I avoid this? Should I invest in a better surge protector?

I'd suggest plugging in your controller to a different power source all together. I'd also suggest doing some tests to make sure that was the issue.
Let me know if it keeps happening.
