I am not getting the full sound in the headphones, all im hearing is bass and the surround sound of a song. I have tried different headphones and get the same result. Is there a setting that I can change to get the full sound thru the cue

Hi Ringo,

it sound like you may have an effect on. Can you open the DJ-FX panel and see if anything's on please?

What's your headphone set to? As in Master or Cue? Ensure it's moved all the way round to Cue.

No DJ-FX are turned on and it is set to Cue

Can you check that under Setup>Mixer>Cue you don't have 'Overdrive' set all the way to the bottom?

If you raise this does it help?

Matt C tried ur suggestion an I was still having the same problem so I went out an brought new headphones problem fixed. Look like the headphones died on me. Thanks for ur help.
