it works on original from box itch but the newer version it fails to start - please help

any help as im at my wits end?

this is so far - works fine on 1.8 soon as i upgrade to new version of itch twitch doesnt repond what so ever - driving me insane - ive tried all this reinstall ect even to the point of fresh install on laptop - even novation website got me to install another driver to which failed

another day and still no support

another update - works on a pc that runs half power of both my laptops perfect - so its not a performance issue - this is going back as no support what so ever - 399 for 3 days of this

Sorry we have been so slow to help, we've had a massive back log to get through in resent weeks.
O.k so where are we at now?
1.8 will work but above that it's not responding?
Are the drivers showing up as installed Device manager?
Tell me more, it's the end of the day here on friday so we are out again over the weekend. But i've picked this thread up now so when i get back will do our best to get you back up and running.

Hi Dave - many thanks for your reply but I took the unit back as it has wayyyyyy to many bugs for my liking and I wouldn't trust it out live - ill stick to scratch live :)
