Having dropouts and glitches evry time I play. I've optimized my audio but wasn't sure on virtual memory setop. I have 2gb of ram and set min. at 3072 and max. at 6144. Still having issues after that. Please help!

According to your Ratt report your network is the issue.
Try disabling your Network Adapters:

1. Shut down all programs.
2. Click on the 'Start' menu in the lower left corner of your desktop.
3. Click on the 'Control Panel'.
4. Click on 'Network Connections'.
5. Right click on any adapters you see and choose to 'disable' them.

Note: You'll want to come back here and 'enable' the adapters when you want to use the internet.

All of the issues seem to be around the network.

Did you disable ALL the Network adapters?
