can't license ilok account

Hello,

When I login to my serato website account, I am able to enter the serial number and ilok account info. But then, I notice that the ilok account never received a license. Also, you website just shows this...

Pitch 'n Time Pro 2.5 022866-XXX-XXXX-XXXX

....and doesn't show anything about the "studiozproductions" iLok account being licensed or authorized.

Would you please help me with this?

Hi there,

You need to click "Show serial numbers" when you are in your product section of your profile.
Then you can see all the numbers of your serial.

If you need me to send you your serial number in a private message then let me know.
