It seems like you are entering your Video-SL serial number into the Serato Video plugin. These are two different plugins.

Video-SL is compatible with Scratch Live 2.3.3 and any earlier versions of Scratch Live.

Serato Video is compatible with Scratch Live 2.4.1 and any future releases.

If you want to upgrade your license to a Serato Video license simply follow these steps;

1) Log in to your Serato.com Profile page.
2) Click on Products.
3) Click on 'Show Serial Numbers' and enter your password.
4) You have the option to upgrade your Video-SL license to a Serato Video License.

Download and install Serato Video 1.0.1 from this link;

serato.com

Open Scratch Live 2.4.1 Setup>Plugins>Serato Video and enter your new serial number.

Just to clarify you are using Scratch Live 2.4.1 with the Serato Video 1.0.1 plugin ?

Video-SL is not compatible with Scratch Live 2.4.1.

If you could be clearer in the problems that you are having then we will be able to assist you further.
