on my controller everything is working but when i select a song it doesn't play..i think its something to do with the settings

Hi phatta-flipz,

What happens when you press the play button? Nothing?

Is it that the platters do not respond to when you are touching them?

Are you able to play songs in the offline player without problem? (DDJ-S1 not connected)

Do you have any other USB devices connected other than the DDJ-S1? e.g mouse or external drive?

Tip: If you have a MOUSE or EXTERNAL KEYBOARD plugged in any USB port, remove it and do a new test.
