When I play with dj intro the left channel low don't sound as deep as the right channel does. I thought that it was a hardware issue but when I use it with IDJ or Virtual Dj both channels sounds the same. any suggestions? Im running the lattes Ergo firmware and also the new Intro software.

Hey DJ Chino,

So are you saying that when you play the same song on both channels the left channel's low frequency knob doesn't sound as 'deep' (Do you mean as loud?) as the right channel?

Are you using Sync when this sounds this way?
Does it happen on all songs?
This is a weird sounding issue (Literally) hopefully we can find the answer though some investigation.

it only does it sometimes but what I mean is that the bass sound not the kick sound but the bass don't sound at all. if you turn the high and mid levels all the way to the left and turn the low all the way to the right you can hear the kick's but not the bass. only on the right channel. and if I turn the ergo off and use another software the right and the left channels sounds the same with no problems.

Im assuming that is a software problem if its not happening with the other softwares. even from the headphones you can hear the difference. Am I the only person that has come across this issue?

Thanks guys for the help. I been using scratch live since it came out and Serato has come a Long way. and you guys always try your best to help the consumers. hope this can be resolve. I just got this system to bring it to the radio station instead of bringing my hole equipment. I think that ones I get comfortable with It and all the glitches are fixed It will be so much better for me to just bring this to work and only use my other equipment to the clubs.

Hey DJ Chino,

I've not heard of this happening before. Seems strange. There isn't anything in the software that can control that, it's midi controller via the mapping of the Ergo.
So further to your description when you connect the Ergo to other computers it gives full bass?
