i have serato video 1.1 and the middle preview window doesnt fill whole screen,it did when i first downloaded it,then i went in settings and put it in 16:9 and it changed to small window and i cannnot get it to change back

i tried uninstall and install again and i still get a small preview window,output window is fine

Did you try the new beta? I have the same problem but have not tried the new beta version yet 1.0.1, are you on that version? or 1.0 still
The work around is to turnoff full screen mode and drag the small output window from your secondary display to your actual Mac screen and you should see it full like widescreen mode again, than just drag the output window back to your secondary display and hit full screen again and your good to go

im on 1.01, the preview window is fine ,its the middle screen thats not in fullscreen

but why no constriants window doesn't come back,it stays on 16.9,or 4.3,if it does come back the middle screen is small again and the output screen stays small

I guess they haven't fixed it...start a help request in the actual beta so they can adress that problem and forward them this link to this help form that u have started already!!!

but tell me do you get 3 different views when you change from 16.9 4.3,no costraints,i only get 2 of 3

ok this is what i found out, if you click on 4.3 then click on 16.9 the output window gets smaller and smaller ,the more you click the smaller the output window gets, i know thats not how it's suppose to work or is it?

no thought it was a serato video problem,how about link it for me having cumputer problems at the moment

It is a Serato Video problem but there is a new beta already for the next update of serato video but I'm not sure what stage there in by now...

with the aspect ratio set to 16:9 can you please try dragging the corner of the output screen out a bit.
The preview screen should now resize.
It's a bug that we can reproduce so we're aware of it and it is annoying for you but it'll be one of the noted bugs for a future release.
Also 1.0.1 is recommended, you can get that here: serato.com

click on 16.9 then 4.3,do it over and over,more u switch the smaller the window gets,

it is a bug, it's not massive priority at the moment because there's not many reasons why someone would be switching between them multiple times throughout a set. So we are indeed aware of it and have noted it as a bug.
