ive loaded the software and the computer does not recognize the vestax, keeps saying hardware not connected... It does not show up as a midid player. I plug into my pc and it works fine

What is your computer specs? Processor? Ram? Etc? Do the platters illuminate blue once connected to the vci? Let me know. Thanks.

I have a Mac book pro duo core processors 2.4 megahertz 4 gigs of ram..
I already use a numark ns7 on the same computer without any problems, but it wontrecognize the vestax.. The only thing that comes.on is the red powered light... I can run.it on my PC with no problems... It's as if the drivers are loaded... I've even used the original disc that came with it, still nothing

Hi The DeeJay Man,

Can you try this sequence. PC /Thru sequence. Once the VCi is connected to your computers switch it to THRU momentarily until the platters and unit lights up. Once lit switch it back to PC and open up itch. Let me know if you connect. Thanks.

This did not the fix the problem... Itch will recognize my numark ns7 but the vstax is not showing up at all.. The platters never even came on.. Are there drivers that need to be downloaded? When i loaded the software on my pc it asked me if i was using the vestax but when i loaded it on the mac it didnt ask me that question
