I have a big problem.
I have the Pioneer DDJ Ergo V and a 5.1 Soundsystem (JBL SCS 140). I want to mix with Serato DJ Intro but when I start the programm and the DDJ Ergo and put on play, there are no sound. The cues are allright but I have no sound on my Soundsystem.

Hey Gels23,

So when you open Dj Intro do you see the two virtual decks come up? Or are you seeing one with Hardware Disconnected (Offline mode)?

Hi,

yes is see the two virtual decks and they are also moving but i have no sound from my speakers.

Go to your Audio window in your Control panel and make sure that the Ergo is NOT the default sound card, make sure that it's the onboard sound card as default then reopen DJ Intro and see if that helps.
