Hello my friend

i test my new controller and in PC modality mic and Aux in are very distort, the sound freezing,
if i switch to THRU the frizeeng disappears and the sound of aux and mic are good but the sound of song disappears
anywone have the same problem??

Hi gianluigi,

On the VCi-300mk1 the thru will shut off the pc functions. Did you try lowering the mic input as well? Let me know. Thanks.

the problem it's occasionally, the imput of Mic and aux is very distort, if I restart the SW the problem disappears but is not constant,
in the past you or other people observe this problem?
What testing I do?
I want to have the complitely control of vci 300 and i want to now his limits before change my setup.

Hi gianluigi,

The aux input cannot be used as a mic input on the mk1. Did you decrease the mic input volume. Also is there latency issues? Please let me know. Thanks.

I know how to use inputs ;-), I'm a DJ for work.
is not problem of distortion

I'm sorry I was vague on the whole issue. So you are experience freezing problems correct? What are your computer specs? Processor? Ram? Etc. Thanks.

macbook pro core 2 duo 2.4, 8gb ram, hd 320, i use music in internal HD, i haven't any problem of output pc master, the problem is only of aux and mic and if i close itch and restart the interference disappears
